Summary Story:
Par Excellence needed to develop an assessment reporting platform. The portal will also allow end users to submit the necessary data, after which a report will be generated based on the type of evaluation.
They sought to develop an admin panel where the administrator’s primary duties would be: To properly create batches, add candidates, and set assessments for batches, to examine all information on local batch admins and candidates, to download, print, and preview assessment reports, to edit the assessment reports’ content.

Discovery & UX Strategy :
Par Excellence approached us with the request to create an Admin panel where the main responsibility of the admin will be to create batches and properly set them, add candidates in batches, set assessments for batches, where admin will be able to see all details of local/ batch admins and candidates, where they can download, print, preview assessment reports, and also edit assessment report content. They wanted to reshape online perceptions of their company by creating an informative website that was visually appealing and enjoyable to view.
We spent time with Par Excellence’s team defining key goals and action items for the new site in order to provide them with a focused and appealing website.
During the discovery phase, we discovered that they wanted to differentiate themselves from other learning transfer support systems by making their website feel more dynamic and engaging so that people would want to stay on the site, click around, and read their reports.
Following the completion of the discovery phase, the next step was to plan and define the site’s information architecture. We created wireframes after the site architecture was finalized (which serve as their blueprints to build the site in the next phase). Wireframes made it simple to define the user journey.
How to keep the user journey moving forward was a key area of focus during the wire framing phase. This was accomplished by placing large CTAs at the end of each page to nudge visitors to proceed to the next logical stage of their journey.
Building the Website :
We began developing the new website after we had completed the framework’s architecture, testing, and approval. We used a harmonious balance of whitespace, eye-catching visual imagery, and typographical styling to emphasize the value propositions provided by Par Excellence and gives the site a contemporary appearance.
Additionally, we used bold applications of their branded color palette to emphasize key information in order to improve the visual organization and raise conversion rates. This was done in order to ensure that the site’s overall messaging was clear, concise, and professional.
After the design stage was finished, we started coding their unique website onto their website. We designed the custom backend to be user-friendly and organized so that Par Excellence could easily update the content on the website in the future. As an added bonus, we added subtle animations to the site during development to give it more polish and appeal.
Test & Launching :
We were set for launch after months of hard work and planning. We were satisfied that the site was ready to go live after extensive testing on numerous browsers and devices.
Par Excellence chose to host their site with us, which facilitated the setup of the live environment. After developing a launch strategy and confirming that all of the components were in place, the domain was pointed and the site was made available to the public. Everyone was able to sit back and happily peruse through the gorgeous new website after months of hard work and planning.
The Results :
The final process of successfully launching the site was heartbreaking because it required saying goodbye to the passionate and devoted staff at Par Excellence, Inc. We could, however, finish the job with a smile on their faces knowing that such a deserving organization now has a skillfully designed website that accurately portrays them as a true authority in their field.
